Monthly Challenge - March 2011 - Frames for Mothers Day

When I look through my cartridges, I realise how many of the cuts I never use So this month we are making a card/project for Mothers Day using Frames. I did a quick look on http://www.cricutsearch.com/ and if you type in Frame there are 40 pages, so you should all have some to play with. Let's see what we can do with them - emboss, colour, glitter etc. If you've already made a card for Mothers Day, make a card/project for another occasion but still use a Frame. Enjoy.

I know this is not really a frame but it is a card we made in class yesterday using Cindy Loo, the front of the card is acetate

Your card is really pretty Pam. The acetate in the front of the cut really sets it off.

A lovely card Pam. Are the beads attached to the acetate? It is a frame but a filled in frame!

Liz, the green beads are on the acetate, the other dots are Stickles on the frame itself. Thank you for your comments, I think this could make a nice Christmas Card.

Oh yes fiona i did two card's but i used paper lace.

This is what i did last saturday at cricut club when i was playing with paper lace cartridge.

Nice card Dee, what do you think to the Paper Lace cart? I cannot make my mind up as to buy it or not.

Great card Dee. This type of frame is really pretty, I must try and use more of these.

Here's mine. I went for a different type of frame, which I embossed and inked. It's from Accent Essentials Page 79.
