Re: Daily Chit Chat
oh sandra and liz, what a week you have been having too, extra hugs for you both xxxx
Re: Daily Chit Chat
Morning all
Oh Sandra, what a nightmare for you and your hubby. I hope things get sorted soon.
Pam, they had the die in stock, but I decided not to buy it from there. It was £13.99 plus £2.99, so it made it a bit expensive. I'll hang on a bit.
Lou, I'm probably not paying attention as I don't even know when Comic Relief is

Re: Daily Chit Chat
Morning everybody, just a quickie before bro comes and picks me up to do the awful weekly shop - Morrisons here we come!
Sandra I do hope your hubby picks up, the medical world annoys me, the more we advance the more they dont know what is causing it and it is our age that is causing the problems, our bodies werent designed to live as long as we are! Normally the latter is an excuse for the former. Hugs to you Sandra and fingers crosssed for DH.
I think you must be part of the jet set world Chris as you are always flying all over the place worse than me!
Has anybody looked at the new cartd to be added to the library, thought the fancy edges one looks good but not looked at the rest yet! A lot of them are seasonal so I suppose they are hoping to catch us on impulse buying rather than I like that have to add it to the wishlist.
Better pop off so ready fro bro and other bro just rung to ask if I am in this afternoon as he is going to pop in, not seen him for couple of months - he is bound to want feeding no matter what time he arrives!

Sandra, fingers crossed and hugs being sent to you.
Lou, are you having little ones over today, if you are - can I come for jelly?
Liz, hope Amber improves soon, what a load of nonsense the medical crew talk about!
My mum goes to hospital for blood tests today, unfortunately her homehelp said to her a couple of weeks ago 'my haven't you lost a lot of weight and you dont look as well as you did (months) ago when I last saw you", fancy telling a 92 year old that, my mum is now convinced that something is wrong again, since last week she was told she is NOT diabetic, she asked me if it was ok to eat a KitKat, I said go for it and enjoy it, then she started wondering why they want a blood test for her thyroid, my dad dies of thyroid cancer so I know exactly what is on her mind! I have decided when I am much older than I am now, I DONT WANT TO KNOW!
So ladies, when I have forgotten what I have typed today and can't remember what I did yesterday or an hour ago (hang on a minute)! how am I going to remember how to get onto this message board???????? now that is BAD! I'm off for a lie down, I don't feel like typing, my brain is hurting on trying to sort this out!
Lou, are you having little ones over today, if you are - can I come for jelly?
HAPPY RED NOSE DAY. HAPPY RED NOSE DAY HAPPY RED NOSE DAY. HAPPY RED NOSE DAY
Re: Daily Chit Chat

Re: Daily Chit Chat
Liz, adjoining rooms and adjoining DESKS, now that is what I could class as therapy!
Just think our cricuts instead of scissors, well sharp instruments not allowed after all!
Re: Daily Chit Chat
maybe we should start saving for our cricut ladies retirement home? we could havea nice little villa and spend our aged days pressing buttons on our cricuts and decorating our scooters!!!
comic relief morning was fun at work, all the children came dressed up and cute and there were some extremely yummy cakes for sale....would of been rude not to buy any........yummo!!!!!

Re: Daily Chit Chat
Everybody had a lie in today? No posts first thing, that's unusual. I have just got back in from Amber's first riding lesson of the day, it is very bright outside but it is mighty cold. Last night when I fetched Amber back from CU it was -1 where we are, 2 up in the next village and back down to 1 in Duffield where Amber goes to her CU meetings and then -1 again by the time we got back home. Anybody got any exciting projects today?
Re: Daily Chit Chat
Morning Liz
I found out this morning that my nephew has got engaged, which is lovely news. So an excuse to make a card It is glorious sunshine here today, but it's a bit chilly. Hopefully it will warm up later, so I can potter in the garden.

Re: Daily Chit Chat
Morning all
I've had a lovely weekend. I saw my cousin Andrew yesterday who lives in Canada, he's over for 2 weeks with work, so we got together at my Mums for dinner. It was so lovely to catch up. I also managed to make an engagement card for my nephew. It's my MIL 80th next month so I need to get my thinking cap on for that, plus a couple of anniversary and birthday cards to make. Always have loads in April.

This is the first moment I have had to sit with the laptop and its lamost time for bed! Ah well see you all tomorrow.
Re: Daily Chit Chat
