Dee what has happened for me is I got an email with a link in it saying I had a new PM. I then looked at my open page and it still said no msgs but when I refreshed the page no went to new. Then when i had clicked on the message tag and onto the message new went back to no. It all has to do with refreshing the page. I have sent you a pm back see what happens for you.

Liz, when you have sent me a PM I have received an email saying that I have a PM and when I click on the link in the email it takes me to my Inbox on the Forum.

Thanks Pam that is what I thought but if you turn off notifications in your profile you may not get that, - I think!

Another miserable day here but at least the wind has dropped. I had an email the other day from OMC about their visit to the UK and wondered if any of you are going to one of the various venues? The nearest one to me is in Manchester and unfortunately I cannot go

Hi Lesley, I decided the best thing to avoid the wind was to stay inside!!!!!! I am well thank you, how are you? I am waiting for "Mother's Day Bouquet" cart to arrive and then I will make a card for the Challenge, there are some lovely flowers on it which will lend themselves to newspaper etc. OMC and also Custom Crops have got some good deals on carts. at the moment but I "DON"T" need anymore, I have got time to use the ones I have.

Cold windy and wet down here. House full of teenagers isnce last night so no relief there and no time for doing anything. Fetched sewing machine back from being serviced and repaired - the first one it has had in about 28 years! It needed a new light bulb too and that was the first replacement one of those too!

I got the email too but as Lesley said none of them are near us so wont be going either. It is like they jump from down south to up north and miss the midlands area out all together.

Your tea sounds just what the doctor ordered! I have just finished cooking and serving to various areas of the house turkey escalops and veg or lamb chops and veg with chocolate sponge and cream for afters. My brother has just made me a cuppa so thought I would pop on and see what everybody up to.

Afternoon everyone, not long got back from Mansfield where Josh was playing a Rugby match. They got thrashed today but played a good game.

Sounds a bit of a task Lesley! I did them for Amber for her birthday year before last and took her and some friends to the cinema. She kept them until earlier this year and then we diecided they were a bit of clutter she didnt need in her bedroom along with the ither 5 dustbin bags of stuff!

Pam have you ever tried foiling acetate with the foil we bought? I havent even got round to trying on card but foiled acetate seems a bit of a thing at the moment!

My mind predominantly stays with cards as that is what, when I ever have time, make but I wondered if we should have a scrapbooking section and perhaps aim to do a page a month - what does everybody think?
