Well done Kat that's what I like on the ball members.

Sorry to all members that I am not around much but have had medical issues and hospital trips that basically put in a nutshell have unearthed a n=medical issue that cannot be resolved and will require 22 painkillers/muscle relaxants per day indefinitely and cannt be fixed surgically as if they tried I would loose 60+% of all movement! Still getting head round it.

Oh Liz That sucks. I know that we'll all be here if you need a shoulder to cry on. *hug*

omg i am sure that time just runs away with me, i havent posted on here in ages.
I have been awfully busy with dt bits and bobns and jobs and my blog and bits so i am sorry to you all for deserting you for a while

so how is everybody?
i woke up at 3:15am this morning and turned on my pooter just in time to catch all the breaking nes with bin laden, i felt quite honoured to be awake and watch it all unfold. I am so pleased for anyone affected by 9/11 that he is gone and though his followers will most likely retaliate i still think it gives everyone hope that they will one day be stopped in some way.
i am off to the garden centre in a minute to treat me and mo to a cupcake icing set thingy, its one where you squish the bottles and they have the little decoratey icing nozzles on, he loves decorating cupcakes so i am happy to get him into that!!

oh liz, just seen your post about your pain and its so sad, i hope you get your head around it all and get a bit of something sorted. Do you have morphine patches at all? my friend paula has them and says they help some, though some days she is still in awful pain.

My daughter has very strong pain killers and patches she. Fractured one of her vertabry has had it operated on but still in pain there is no more they can do she is only 35 it was a accident at the gym and hospital neglect
