Thanks Liz, it is nice to speak to you all again and also for the kind words about Brian. Yes it has been pretty scary but we are trying to stay positive and look forward to a better 2011. I am hoping that my mojo will come back as I really want to get at least one card done a week as I really need this time as a little me time but we shall have to just wait and see. I will try and get on here as often as I can though.

Its so lovely to see so many people with the same interests in one place! Im not sure about you, but there are not many people around where I live that share my passion for crafting! At least with this message board you can be my online friends (even if you are miles away ).

I would just like to say that I have just had a nosey at Sammy's Blog (Cricut Butterflies), and if you havent already done so, please go and have a look!! There are some beautiful cards and ideas on her site, and I just wish i'd had that sort of inspiration at the age of 19

Last day off today as back to work tomorrow! Ive had a lovely Christmas and New Year, but the time has gone soooo quickly

I see that you use water colour paper with your promarkers I find is a lot better to blend with. Ilove LOLV stamps there so cute bought about 5 at the NEC in November.

Well i little bit about me,,i have been married to robin for 22years this year and have one son shaun who s 20,hubby work's for an electric company and my son is doing child care/ teacher training and also he is doing a course in the evening's which is electrical.

Crafting well i have a cricut and cuttlebug and will have a dabble at anything crafty,,i go to lincoln to cricut club which is run by fiona (craftbugmum) once a month and there we all have a good chat and swap idears and share cart's and other craft tool's.

I hope I'm doing this right! My name is Julie and I know some of you already. i am from Barry (Gavin and Stacey town lol!) in Wales. I am divorced and have a lovely son Connor who is 17. I worked for Barclays for 31 years and after being made redundant nearly 4 years ago now have a part time job in Hobbycraft which I love as I get to meet crafters every day!! I love my Cricut and have The Expression,lots of carts it'so addictive buying carts! I also have SCAL but would love MTC and I have a Big Shot and a Cuttlebug.

Hello to you all. My name is Debbie and some of you will remember me as Debe from the old cricut message board. I never really got on when they changed to the new board so it's nice to be able to chat on our own board here. Thanks Liz for setting it up.

I have 4 children (only 2 left at home) and 2 grandchidren Charlie 3 and Sophie 1 and have been married 30 years to my lovely husband Martin. I mostly make cards but have made a new years resolution to do some more scrapbooking. I am always on the lookout for ideas for crafting with the church youth group I help with.

Looking forward to chatting more with you all again.
