anyone interested in any back issues of Papercraft Inspirations? Wouldn't want any money for them, just to cover the postage (which I could do for a fiver or a tenner (depending on weight), with UPS via work)

Oh how exciting Kat. Hope everything goes through OK.

Changing the subject a bit. I broke the plastic guide on my Making Memories paper trimmer. A new one is $1.99. Quite reasonable I thought until I checked the shipping - just under $30. Flippin heck, I might as well buy a new trimmer Shocked

Hi All sorry ive not been on that much, Ive been working loads of nights and im quite tired, back to my Original shifts Thursday and Friday nights.

Liz I’m thinking of you and hope you can get the pain under control.

Kat that’s great news about your new home I bet you cannot wait to move in.

Kerry I would buy a new paper trimmer if I was you, the postage is a rip off.

Yesterday me and my husband went to Cost Co and brought a water feature for the garden, as we have a large garden I didn’t want a small one , so I beg and pleaded until he gave in and I walked out with the biggest water fountain I have ever seen ( infact had to send him home to fetch the trailer) To make it look good I chopped some of my shrubs in the garden and sunk it between them, it looks fantastic ( and I knew I would get my own way LOL).
See you soon xx

Hi everyone!

Well, exciting. my best friend's parents are going to be renewing their vows next April and I have been asked to do the invitations. They only need 20 so I want to make them really, really special. Ideas! Please! I'm begging you! Also any pics of invites that you have done would be very gratefully received!!!

Hello everybody,

Sorry to have been awol for so long. I have a lot of catching up to do.

Well, busy this end. I had some time to myself today, catching up with doctors appointments and all that, to be told that I have arthiritus (which I sort of knew), I am going for an xray on my shoulder and arm (the one that had the frozen shoulder last year), it is not right at all and it sort of stops me from wanting to do any crafting, even my cricut has missed me!!!

I think I have sorted the migraine theory out, it could be my hormone tablets but since the boiler was serviced in March and they found a big hole in the flue leading to ourside and replaced it, James and I don't seem to have suffered from what we believed to be migraines!!! now it is only a theory, but I am paranoid about Carbon Monoxide since a few years ago, a young lad who I worked with, who always complained of a headache on a Monday or didn't turn up on a Monday, my boss thought he had been in the pub the night before, the usual thought, anyway, it was a build up of carbon monoxide and he and his girlfriends little girl died in the night. So, you can see why I kept asking for my boiler to be looked at, the hole was massive and had been there for a long time, if it hadn't been for this fantastic engineer persevering with me and my questions, I don't think it would have been found out for another year - maybe!

Please if anybody out there cannot understand a niggling headache, tiredness, lack of energy (mostof us I expect at this time of year), please get your boilers checked.......................

Enough nagging.......................

What has everybody been upto? since James did his sky dive ages ago, I don't feel like I have been in touch with anybody. It took me ages to logg on, I couldnt remember my password or even my log in name, as you can see, I am now here.

What is the update on all these new cartridges, has anybody tried them all (or a few), where is the best place to buy from these days?

Must go and prepare the dinner, I had brunch up at Embsay today, they made me a lovely cheese toastie and a pot of tea, it was lovely. They seem to be having a lot of new stock, some lovely stamps (new design), a bit like Magnolia but with a face! You can buy the sitting figures, toadstools etc.

Lots of love to everybody and I hope everybody is on the mend.

Carol XXXX

PS, Kat good luck with the house, just seen a couple of the last postings below whilst I was typing this. Hi Lesley, Sandra, Pam, Kerry.
